I have a Nut Allergy can I order your cookies?
With the way our cookies are made, baked, and boxed for delivery it is possible that any our cookies may have come in contact with nuts. Do not order any of our cookies if the allergy is severe.
Do you have a Vegan and/or Gluten free option for your cookies?
At this time we do not offer a variant of our cookies for those dietary needs.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Until we have a physical store front, we can only offer local delivery here in the Portland Metro Area.
I don't live in the Portland Metro Area, can I still order your cookies and have them shipped?
We love that you are interested but at this time we are only able to offer local delivery. But please share your interest with us so we can accommodate you in the future. firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens after I submit an order?
With being a small team currently, orders are placed one day in advance. During checkout you will have various options for delivery time slots based on our current availability. Upon placing an order you will receive an email, letting you know that we are processing your order. Any orders that are unable to be fulfilled will be refunded. Please note, it can take up to 5 days for those funds to be returned back into your account.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Currently we only accept credit card payments via our online store.
How long will delivery take?
With being a small team currently, orders are placed one day in advance. During checkout you will have various options for delivery time slots based on our current availability. Currently we have delivery ranges in 1 hour increments.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Immediately upon placing an order you will receive an email letting you know that we are processing your order, this also contains an invoice.
What are your cookies packaged in/how do they arrive?
From the oven, after resting a short period the cookies are moved to a bakery box, lined with parchment paper.
